The works were focused on delivering a high-quality, fresh exterior appearance while improving long-term weather resistance for ongoing short-stay use.
We carried out all external painting across the property, ensuring the surfaces were prepared properly and finished to provide a consistent, professional appearance throughout the building.
In addition to the exterior painting, we completed roof waterproofing to help protect the roof and building envelope from moisture ingress, supporting the durability of the property and reducing the risk of water-related deterioration.
Overall, the completed works improved both the curb appeal and the protective performance of the building for long-term maintenance.

At Minyama on the riverfront, Brayden delivered a premium interior and exterior painting transformation for a luxury residence valued at over $5 million. The brief was to achieve a refined, showroom-quality finish that would elevate the home’s presentation while providing lasting durability and protection against coastal and riverside conditions.
Brayden carried out comprehensive preparation and painting works across all interior and exterior surfaces, with a strong focus on achieving flawless consistency, smooth coverage, and a superior final presentation. Particular attention was given to detail throughout the project to ensure every surface reflected the standard expected in a high-end waterfront property.
The project also included specialist spray finishing to all timber elements, creating a seamless, even texture and a precise finish across detailed architectural timber features. Crisp lines, immaculate edges, and meticulous workmanship were maintained throughout every stage of the process, resulting in a sophisticated and cohesive finish that complements the quality and prestige of the home.

We completed a 650sqm roof restoration on Glenview Rd, Glenview for Andy warlord. The scope focused on removing the failed roof finish, preparing the surface correctly for adhesion, and rebuilding a durable waterproofing and coating system, then repairing any damaged areas to leave the roof looking sound and well protected.
To start, the removal of failed flaking paint by pressure cleaning was necessary, ensuring the roof was clean and ready for the coating system. After the surface preparation, we applied Maxi build primer to promote strong adhesion and improve long-term durability.
We then applied two coats of roof membrane in the colour Monument, building a consistent waterproofing layer across the full area. Where the roof was cracked or compromised, we also repaired cracked tiles to improve roof integrity and help prevent ongoing deterioration.
The completed result was a restored, revitalised roof with a new membrane system in Monument, improved surface soundness, and a fresh, uniform finish.

We completed a roof restoration in Perigian Springs for Logan.
The roof was first wash down and pressure cleaned to remove failed material and provide a clean, sound surface for adhesion.
Once prepared, Brayden applied 1 prime coat of metal primer to ensure strong bonding and the correct base for the coating system. Then applied 2 top coats of roof membrane, building a consistent waterproofing layer across the full roof area.
The finished roof restoration delivers long-term protection, a refreshed appearance, and comes with a 15-year warranty.
Along with the roof restoration, we completed an external repaint to revitalise an older Queenslander. The goal was to bring the home back to life with a fresh, clean, and consistent exterior finish, improving curb appeal while delivering a professional result across the façade and external timber and surfaces.
The completed work resulted in a fully refreshed property, with both the roof and exterior restored to a high standard.
